Hi all, Has anybody had any experience with the new palomar Mosfit amp? I am running a Galaxy 94HP and it seems like a good match for me for the input and price range. I have heard that they get warm in a hurry.

it looks like they get full output around the 110 watt range. I'm still interested in if they tend to get hot quickly.

Most mosfit rigs do tend to run warm, just the nature of that beast so put the fan to it.

There, fixed that for ya Mack. NONE of my RF FET amps run warm at ALL.
It's this switchmode garbage that people think works on the CB that runs warm. Running a device into saturation will ALWAYS cause that to happen
As 443 pointed out as well, as the FETs heat up, Pout will DROP!!!!
