There are actually 4 different types of PARALLEL universes.

Level 1
is likely a minimum of a googleplex miles from us..
a google (not the search engine) is the number 1 followed by 100 zeros..while googleplex is google times a google..
in level one parallel universes..there are likely an Infinite number of level 1 parallel universes..

Level 2
is/are basically sope bubbles floating in what is termed as the Bulk or Hyper space..
where our "known" universe is simply one small bubble among other countless other small and large bubbles..
it can also be described as what was once thought of as string theory that has evolved into "M" theory..
That is M for membranes...countless thin layers of universes(yes many have problems understanding M theory)..
M theory is considered to have caused the Big Bang and if so then there has to be level 2 universes
within level each level 2 parallel universe,lies an infinite number of Level 1 parallel universes..
known also as a Multiverse..

Level 3
is It Co-Exists with us..among us..yet unseen due to dementions unseen by us.
unseen by us because of the nearly infinitely small size of each of the other dementions..
Quantum Theory says there are 11 dementions (where we can define easily 4 dementions and while the others are to us thereby invisible)..
However that is likely wrong..for there are instead 17 different dementions..
now add unlimited and infinite other Level 2 parallel universes and within those level 2 you have an unlimited and infinite number of Level 1 parallel universes.

Level 4
is are dementions in where the rules of how things are...how sciences are....are instead of how it is that we know it to be , is instead totally and or vastly different..

So few barely grasp let alone understand ( that is if anyone can truly understand these different levels)what parallel universes are..

That is OK though...
Most still do Not realize what the Big Bang Truly was.

Some say it was where our universe sprang into being out of nothingness .
Some say it sprang up as a result of M theory.
Some say it was a white hole.

Bottom Line...We are only JUST coming to grasp a understanding of things.
What will we do with it all when (if ever) we fully understand this..
Well time will tell indeed..

For it is not persay space travel and or space colonization that will ultimate define the human race..
But rather our understanding and using parallel universes to our advantage(s).

Wouldn't that be the Ford Galaxie? I passed one of those the other week in my travels. A 1967 Ford Galaxie 500XL.It was shiny black and in great shape.
