Ok, that should be easy to get on with this radio.... How does FM do during skip cond.?

not heard much if any skip on fm. i have used it locally
works great base to base if your range is good enough.
cause you gotta use the squelch on fm. when mobile
to mobile it works great also turn up the squelch and
knock out all the hash and trash

I am considering an amp, do I need to worry about the range of swing for this higher power radio with variable deadkey, its the swing not the deadkey I am worried about... Never had an export. It deadkeys 18 watts and swings to 25 watts.
