Plug n play channel kit

innovation is a good thing.

Two people have created mods for these radios.
One doesn't sell it and the other does.

What gives me some pause is when you say you had problems with a diode array.
This diode array should be a non-issue if you are using a microcontroller since you can account for it in software.

Unless I misunderstand and this is just a switch mod made easy?

A simple switching module that allows the average Joe to plug a module in and have channels without cutting anything in there radio. Now, if the tech's went to use it I guess that's a good thing as well.
 
Yea nothing else was ever posted about this so it's hard to say if he even ended up building any to actually sell. Best bet would be to click on his name and start a private conversation with him.
 
I know this is few years old and by the drop off the earth response by the originator this never happened. Or did i miss something
