Predator screwdriver antennas

What is the phone number for the guy that bought Bob out? Please!

Here is my truck, and I have had one for many years, on 4 different Chevy trucks.
My Email is good on QRZ.com so please email me the new Predator Texas Guy's phone number!

I will have to say this has been a great antenna. I am in need of a new base insulator as mine is starting to show some wear cracks from age. So I need to call this new guy and see if he will get me out a new base insulator to fit a 3" dia Predator mast.

Have to say this antenna has always done well talking back to Illinois to friends while we have been here in Florida snow birding. Hope you like the pics! I think it looks good on the 2016 Chevy 2500 Z71.

Believe it or not I still have a brand new Predator antenna which I never used. At the time, I was considering swapping out my Tarheel antenna with the Predator, saw Bob at Dayton and bought it. Unfortunately, I never did swap it out.

Jimmy if you can't get a hold of the guy in Texas you might try HiQ for the bas insulator .

I'll bet those antennas whack the over passes on the interstate. I had co-phased S.S.108's mounted high up on a Dodge Carry all.
Mine was not this pretty. The mounts were 1/2 way between the fender arch and the rear window.

I have a predator screwdriver antenna but the motor die and the company sold out to a guy in Texas and the original owner gave me a number for the new owner who I called but the guy doesn't seem to be a good support person. I was trying to get a motor and some information on how to repair the antenna but no luck. Anyone with some information. Please inbox me. I love that antenna. I talked in New Zealand and Australia like around the corner and hear things some base stations cannot hear.
I know this post is old, new here.
But wondering if you had any luck with that antenna, as i have 3 and in need of finger stock badly.
I purchased many of them along with enough part to rebuild a new one, but in need of finger stock.
Thanks in advance

Rick,

I have no plans to use it. As I said its
brand new. So if you are interested in it, contact me direct at n2ki.ham@gmail.com. We can work something out.

There is a Guy in South Carolina who makes base and mount parts I'll try to look him up myself, he is usually at the Lawrenceville Hamfest just outside Atlanta Ga. Also Ron K4POZ has Finger Stock and Motors that will work in most Screwdriver antennas as well as the clear Plastic covers sometimes. Laurin 73 WB4IVG
