Another big name brand that everyone is getting all worked up about that will produce crap.
Diamond Antenna makes good mounts including SO-239 mounts. They are available at any amateur radio supplier. I use a couple of their K400 series and they are great.

The SO-239 (LS-06) mount and coax adapter - is EUROPEAN...
The Texas one for US is still 3/8-24 threaded - please review your work....

I bought a 3/8-24 to S)-239 adapter from DX Engineering to adapt one mount to whatever antenna I use at the time. I installed one K-400 mount on the rear of my truck and use the SO-239 mount for my 2m/70cm antenna and when I switch to 6m or HF I use the adapter with it as they are 3/8-24. Best of both worlds. Some day I might install a second antenna but for now it works fine. The adapter is REALLY heavy so no worries with even large HF antennas.
Makes no difference. The adapter is shielded so it is like a short piece of coax cable.
I just got an email from A1 Telecom and they sent me the phone number for a dealer down in Georgia that sells that antenna with the so239 on the bottom.
Thank you - that's better - didn't know if ordering that thing with the SO-239 was even gonna' get thru customs...
"Whats this thing?" - One Officer looks, while holding the shipping tube clearly labeled "PRESIDENT"
"I dunno'" says another Uniformed officer - "it says 'President' on it"
"To US or Them?" Other Officer graps one end of the tube and shakes it gently - "Not a bomb".
Examines label, points to the "U.S.A." logo - "Them"
Both laugh and throw it in the Bin...
