I have a microphone from an HR-2510 that has a bad microphone element. Would anyone know of a possible replacement element that I could use?

It is the stock microphone with the up down buttons.

Thanks

Thanks for all the help here.
I found this on QRZ, and purchased one from the bay. It appears to be the exact same size as the original. I have another original mic in working order so I will compare the 2 once I receive and install this element.

I received and have installed the element. I think it might be a smidge taller, but it did fit in the microphone.
I will go on the air with it a little later and see what kind of reports I get.
I have it hooked up to an original President Lincoln which the dead microphone was included with. By the looks of the mic it was never used, or not much.

The seller on the bay that has these elements is actually Ken's. I feel good about that. kinda reassuring.

Made a few contacts locally this morning. The replacement element is working fine. Audio reports with the original mic and the one with the replacement element give the new element a slight edge.

This was good to know, a minimal expense for a now working original mic. Tested with the Lincoln V1 old school radio.
