Love these. Sound like a jet(50 amps). But they will haul the mail. Great customer service. Find another source to get a 100 amp supply for $220 or 150 amp for $330 not going to happen. This is your best option still.

I never looked at the PowerMax closely until now. I don’t know how they rate as far as RF noise is concerned, but I like their layout better compared to the MegaWatt. An external fan would be easier to clean and I also like the fuse and terminal setup. Having the AC cord already attached is another bonus. Those are minor details I know, but MegaWatt should do something similar IMO. RF noise is a factor, but I’m not overly concerned. One of the cheap 20 amp China clones I used had terrible hash until I grounded it, and added a couple bypass caps.I have the mega watt 50a and the fan is loud. You will want to replace the fan especially if you are going to run two of them.
I then bought a power Max. Fan so quiet you can't even tell it has one.

You can parallel as many as you want. Do you need 1,000 amps at 12 Vdc?Love these. Sound like a jet(50 amps). But they will haul the mail. Great customer service. Find another source to get a 100 amp supply for $220 or 150 amp for $330 not going to happen.
Oh yes I do. We can weld with these. They are what makes mad DC power possible. You can parallel as many as you want. Do you need 1,000 amps at 12 Vdc?
Changed a breaker to make sure that happens. You can parallel as many as you want. Do you need 1,000 amps at 12 Vdc?
Make sure you have a fire extinguisher just in case whatever you are powering does not go "Flame On" while testing. The power supplies won't.Changed a breaker to make sure that happens.
We actually refer to the overload fire as operating in "Plasma Mode"Make sure you have a fire extinguisher just in case whatever you are powering does not go "Flame On" while testing. The power supplies won't.
