Question on "Qualifications" part of FCC rules....

Back in the mid 70’s during the heydays of CB, having a repair license was a good thing. Illegitimate CB repair shops were popping up all over like mushrooms. That doesn’t mean all mushrooms are bad, but at least the licensed shops took the lion’s share of the repair business. When a person takes the time and effort to pass what some consider a difficult test, the same passion usually transfers over to quality work. Today we mostly have the trashy mod CB shops that are out to make a quick buck while promoting their bogus propaganda.
