Rare antenna?

Looks like wood grain because it's old. The 96-inch Francis "Amazer" was orange at least at first.

Would outtalk my 102 inch steel whip (with the 6-inch spring) back in the day before it got stolen.

Seems to me they also sold one that length called the "Woofer", but I have no idea what the difference could be between them.

I seem to remember I once had a Francis 102" or perhaps it was the 96" fiberglass whip? It wasn't orange however. Worked great till I cracked it on a tree limb at speed.

Good antenna ( referring to the 96") which I haven't seen in years.

Only problem is no fine tuning option other than cut it down some.

At one point the Wheeler Dealer 96" was also sold in red, white and black.
I have pictures here somewhere of the internal construction of the antenna showing the 3 wires embedded in the antenna.
This was a black WD antenna I unfortunately snapped off in my carport.
