AM TX Power
Set radio to AM TX mode.
Modulation/Mic Gain turned fully counter-clockwise/off.
RF Power fully counter clockwise.
VR19
1W dead key
RF Power fully clockwise.

NOTE:
Not responsible for work done wrong.
Personally, I would run the dead key at 8 watts and not 10 watts as suggested.
Final transistors will last longer that way.
If you read the alignment procedures at cb tricks you can see there is alot to an alignment for a 2950. It's even much more involved then finding the "POWER POT" as you put it to adjust dead key levels. Just be careful what you mess with, you can really screw a nice 2950 up if you don't have a clue what your twisting.
