If you got the RCI 2970DX, they sell new for $269 at GI Joes Radios - plus shipping and tuning.
If it is the RCI 2970N2; they sell for $365 - plus shipping and tuning. It has fins on the bottom of it and has 150-200 watts of output power.

I have an RCI 6300 I will use as a back up. My truck is a 70 C10 so I will use a radio from the 70's for that application.
