I see Ranger has a new website. Looks like (so far) no 2970n2 or 2970n4. Just the 2950cd. Anyone have any poop on this? Also, whats special about the 2950cd?

I think I saw Bells or someone had a new n4 and it had the new CD display shown on the box. The n2 doesn't as of yet.
The funny thing is if you scroll the radios I couldn't find the N4 model.

Can't understand why the 29xx flavors are so much more expensive now. I wish they'd retool and come out with something different.
yes they are more expensive.. i gotta say i recently picked up a 2950dx for my truck.. its been pleasant using a radio with NO menu driven garabage and stable on ssb. i feel if they were to retool they would bring out what we already have 955 , lincoln 2 ,6666..which are great radios....but all menu driven which dont interest me at all
Controls add to the manufacturing cost and drive up the sale price of a radio.
