Superstar SS158EDX 10 metre radio

This looks like a nice radio. 'Can't wait to get one.........soon. Talked to Al at Sparky's and he's quite impressed. Same basic radio as Connex 4800. Great price.
The Superstar DM452 might compliment this radio nice.

These #'s are real watts - many people will see 40 watts out of these but I would doubt they are "real" watts.

hmm nice videos. no retuning needed? like the power at top and bottom of the freqs ?

like a rangerdx is tuned for 10 meter when you get it. so they need to be retuned after the convertion.

I didn't do any retuning to the one I was testing.......

I'm sure with a retune it may see slightly more wattage depending on what freq range you tune it for.

The conversion video was just to show how to get it to work on 11 meters.
