RCI X9HP EPT950M10C need bias settings and unlock clarifier

ok I got the clarifier unlocked but its not on center slot.
If I adjust the cans, that changes the IF shift so it sounds real bassy on lsb and real tinny on USB.
I wonder how to center it with out messing up the carrier shift?
maybe there is a third item to remove?
Normally I can get a Galaxy back on frequency after the mod with my SDR. I play a 1khz tone into the mic with my phone and listen on the SDR. Then adjust the AM, USB, and LSB cans so the two tones are not warbling together. What are you using to make the adjustment?

thats a good idea but I find many of them off but I got the ts890 hear so I can see the signal on the scope and a waterfall. I dont like working on radios any more cause the world is cursed right now. oh well leaky bucket labs gets er done in the end

Do you know of a schematic for this radio?
Never was one, best anyone can tell. Unless you know which file cabinet in Taiwan to burglarize.

Simply removing the "Tx frequency" trimpot altogether is the safe way to shut down that side of the clarifier circuit, lacking a schemo and placement diagram.

So I have a cobra 138xlr and the meter dose not work... It dose not key up and signal dose not work.... It is not stuck it the meter moves freely. now wires are resoldered on both ends...So now that do I look at. Could it be a diode or a transistor?
