Thanks for the responses...

I set up the dipole and a with a handheld, SWRs are typically less than 1.5:1. I have goofed around, and no one has said anything...I haven't bled over anything inside my house, nor have I bled over any of the nearest neighbors (or they would have told me).

I think I may be good to go for now, until I get a base radio. But it will be barefooted as well.

My dipole does not bleed. My antron 99 lives up to it's nickname.
I use a tx star 350 with a cobra 2000.
