Recommendation for replacement mic for TS-480

So, my mic is dying a slow death in the mobile and there isn't really much out there for replacements. From what I have read they are not wired the same as other Kenwoods so I'm not really looking to have adapters inline.
Any comments and worthy suggestions please.
 

I think Mudfoot recommended this one a while back: Can't seem to make the link work... but it's on Ebay for 14.99. TS-480 not listed, but I thought it used a standard 8 pin plug? It's sold by SGZESTORE.


I have no idea why they are listing it as a shoulder mic for a Kenwood TS-2000. :D

Thanks for the options guys.
I had the voice board in the radio and took it out yesterday and all of my problems stopped. Lets hope that was the cause of my issues.
