Reflector Element Length

Ok, thanks guys I will do the reflector change first then make a check. If that doesn't work I'll try the driver suggestion. will let you know how it work out.

hi guys SB here, I tried lengthening the reflector element to 18' 8" as VKrules suggested and I got a swr of 1.3 over the band so I can live with that. Thanks guys for all the great information .

Hi VKrules don't have a antenna analyzer to check f to b. checked swr with Dosey meter, but already talked to Texas at 7 feet off the ground

No mate Front to back ratio. point the beam at a station then 180 away If all is well you should see 2 to 4 s points difference. Of course 7 ft off the ground will effect results, Swr will change as well as you raise it.
