Review of Yesterday's Mod

My takeaway from this video is that Fine Tine doesn't seem to think the wackpack radios are as bad as everyone says they are...and he said he's seen lots of them?

I'm sorry anyone who was around during that time and active on forums saw the radios, heard the radios, and the pictures spoke for themselves. There was a reason wack pack became a joke around here and everywhere else on the web.

Seemed to be pretty common talk somewhere around early 2000 to 2005 if remembering correctly. The super whack pack looked like a bird nest from what videos showed back then.

Man, I'm gonna end up watching that video... do you know how hard it is to sit through a Tommy Chong video?

Where's my liquor....it's here somewhere....

Haaaa, running i10 from Arizona through to Texas would have you on the side of the road asking how's my driving!

He was more surprised that the mod limiter was still intact and not causing the radio to produce "box cars" than the fact that it was "Whack Packed". He wasnt condoning the "Whack Pack" mod, as he was about to undo it and put the radio back to stock. And charge the customer 2-3 hours bench time to do so.

If it's still there, the Jalisco Cafe wasn't bad the last time I stopped in. Of course, that was over 20 years ago. (I know, not what you were referring to. I'm trying to find something good to say about the town.)

I'd hit that new petro east or Lordsburg right before Deming going east. Had a new iron skillet that did the job well. That Petro probably isn't that new now either but still new to me.

That still isn't Lordsburg though

I’ve heard that said a good bit listening to Motor Mouth daily, he makes special appearances there lately. I have also actually heard it myself listening to 38LSB lately.

I know it’s meant sarcastically cause this is hardly paradise, especially now or I hope he’s being sarcastic.

I really hope all those hashtags haven’t been for nothing…
