I have stopped in at their booth at the Dayton Hamvention. Friendly guys, always ready to answer questions. Never have asked them that question.

They're in Germany. They're bound to have customers outside the USA who can legitimately use 27 MHz.

Still, a lot of money to gamble without a definitive answer.

Thank you for all the replies, I was hoping to avoid calling the manufacture as running an FCC approved linear on 27Mhz is generally frowned on by some hams. I would still get the amp for the rest of the bands I run and 27Mhz would be an added bonus.

I would say NO.
They can't get FCC certification for an amplifier to be sold in the U.S. if the amplifier can operate on 11 meters.
Why would you be interested in operating this amplifier on 11 meters anyway ?
