Rude Ham welcomes new guy on Christmas 2010

Uh oh...I know who that is. I actually think I might have heard that exchange that night. If you know the guy, you would know he was just yanking the guy's chain a bit, but...

It seems like no matter what band this person gets on things tend to "fester" up... ;)

i might be missing something here in the language translation, seems very tame, i don't hear anything that sounds overly rude,

i do get the impression though that the vid has been made by a cb'er trying to start the ham v's cb crap again.

if you think thats bad you wanna try listening to ham radio or cb radio in my city of glasgow scotland, now that will open your eyes.

i've never known any hobby where newbs don't get gently wound up to begin with, its all part of the fun of learning and finding your way in this big bad world.

as for turning him into the fcc :eek:, grassing people up is the lowest form of humanity, even children are scolded for telling tales, adults should live and let live, if you don't like something turn your back on it, don't go running to the authorities like a crybaby.

This makes me laugh!! This was nothing!! You should have heard 3.843.00 late at night that Possum net was nuts I checked in a few times and then sat back and went along for the ride :w00t::LOL::whistle:

Today - unless you are next to a trucking terminal or on the interstate - you don't even hear the truckers or DX on the CB radio anymore.

You need to turn on the radio more often I hear DX all the time. Band was packed today. Big pileup must have heard a couple hundred stations.

Sounds like someone that used to be on this forum. He also likes to harass the crowd on 38lsb. :)

If he was on this forum it was before my time, but I agree that it's the same person. Frankly, I find a lot of his 38lsb antics comical. He can really get some of them going... :D
