Signature Restrictions:
• No cookie requests allowed
• You may link to your site, but no illegal, pornographic or otherwise objectionable links are allowed
• No more than 3 links per signature
• Avoid making your signature obtrusive. Moderators may ask members to edit their signatures if they stand out more than your posts.

Font Restrictions:
• Do NOT use excessively large font sizes, as it is considered to be "shouting" and will be edited back down to the default size by the moderators

How does one request cookies? Is there some code that could be inserted? And then, where would the data go? I guess one could target a remote server or application to receive the data...
 
I could go to a computing forum to ask about that and I'm sure there are legitimate uses of cookies, but it is not something I plan to do here.

So, why would I ask?

Maybe curiosity killed the cat?

Maybe part of living is dying, is that why the cat died?

Now, if I ever walk into a tittie bar and there is a rule that says, "No doubling your pleasure..." well, the question is obvious.

But it is hard to ensure compliance with something that I'm not familiar with. Have I already requested cookies?
