Dan, does your offer still stand on scanning a radio in?
I just discovered to my horror... that I DON'T have the SAMS on my JC Penney Pinto 23 Channel (the first radio I ever had!).
It is in SAMS CB-82, the ONLY JC Penney radio in it.
And if you have the time and patience, I could use the whole thing.
This is one of my keepers!

This is a rough draft of your Pinto schematic. If you have the time, scan the missing page fold areas and the top portion of page 53 or any other area that you see missing on this draft. If you wish, I'll be happy to complete the splices and make further enhancements.

Dan, do you happen to have the Thomas J pages for CB-218? That's one of the 85 missing from my "complete" set.

dan, sunbulls, KM.... thank you one and all for your assistance in getting all of that set up. It looks wonderful and I appreciate the work from each of you!!!

Do you want the whole volume or just the section for your radio?

As long as I have this section, for the most part, I am good.
This is another one of those nutty "in honor of" things for me.
The first radio I ever owned was the JC Penney Pinto. My wife got it for me
Christmas of 1976 when we really didn't have the money. Years later... I let my dad have it for his 1974 Ford Pinto wagon....but it turned out he was just never a "radio type" so he put it in the car...but never used it. After a time it broke down and he sold it to someone who hauled it off....WITH THE RADIO STILL IN IT.
I got this one a couple of years ago for "cheap" and just want to put it in top shape.... "in honor of" that original radio.

Sorry :) .... but it is another one of my "stories" on this one!!!
