Schematic for an xforce 24 pill- high SWR suddenly

Yes,
they were almost only loosely on the transistors.
The poor thing got very hot.
The owner loves the FM mode...
I've already told him what I think ;-)

It has got to the point ( for me anyway) that multiple 12 volt transistor amps are no longer worth the effort.
It would cost more to re build a amp that big than to just get a tube and be done with it.
Mobile applications ( again for me) start to get to the point where anything beyond 8 transistors is too much work for diminishing returns.
When you get to that point no one on the other end can tell.

To find the problem on the 24 pill I focus on the input circuit.
I isolated the input splitter (desoldered the resistors and the coax lines.
First I measured the chokes: they are all the same (6.3 uH). Then I measured each coax cable with the RIG.
The differences are far too big for my understanding.
Any hints?

This 24 pill is like an anthill and I'm looking for my way through it.
Can someone do something with the measured values and should the values be like that?
I desoldered all 6 coax- wires coming from the input splitter and tested the "coupling points" with the RIG.

After a sleepless night i decided to give the 24 pill back to my friend- unrepaired.
Thank you for the advice and thoughts.
