Scorpion Repair Shop?

After watching several jokerman videos, on YouTube over the last couple of months. I always leave with the feeling that he has mentall retardation. I’m not trying to be mean or cruel, maybe he’s just fried from drug use.

I got word that he received an FCC letter.
I don't know if that is true or not but if it is I can't blame him for pulling the plug.
Tinkering with amps and getting a steep fine is not in the best interests of his family if that is the case.

Besides the steep fine I think being in the military might of had something to do if he indeed receive a letter from the FCC. Which is what I also heard.
