Haven't heard of that one yet. Unfortunately the real annoying ones are out west. Would have to do a 'Cheeseburger' and do it DX. Only the 500 watters over here in my neck of the woods get any flowers from them westerners.

What you want is something that runs on a 9 volt battery that you wrap in duct tape. Then throw it in the gutter, shrubs, or a tree of the offenders home.
just have you vox on and dog bark all day while you are at work like the guy down the road did by accident....hehe
