Siltronix 1011D no filament voltage

I'd check the filament windings of the transformer first for +12VAC, then at Pin5 and pin7 of the 12-pin socket and 'head west' from there.

is there a acc. jack in the back that needs a jumper like yaesu?
ok its a jones plug. are you feeding it 120V?
looks like pin 6 and 5 need to be jumped to get the heaters to turn on

I would check the two fattest wires coming out of the power transformer, and follow them to the power socket. If a crummy solder connection has caused the problem, you'll see it there. And if you do a continuity check across those two wires with the power cord unplugged, a bad transformer secondary will show an open circuit.

Not a common thing to see fail.

I'm no expert, but https://www.transcendar.com/ rewinds transformers if it comes to that. I had an audio amp, Fisher, that had a bad transformer, I had the restorer send it to transcender for a rewind and it was rather inexpensive considering they no longer make parts for them. There are several other re-winders, transecender is in the bay area of ca.
Their service was fast and accurate, and everything was back to original.

https://www.heyboertransformers.com/tubeamps.shtml is another well thought of re-winder.

For the 150 bucks transcendar charges you could probably buy two derelict radios. Good chance a used transformer removed from a derelict will be okay. Only ones I ever saw fail were from lightning surges.

That's true, I guess it depends on how you value your equipment. $150 isn't exactly cheap, but you're getting a new transformer basically.
The choice I had was to buy a used or abused unit as you state, but then there's the risk of getting what you have... For my situation a used Fisher Amp was 2 times or greater for a non working unit, then the freight on getting unit and still up in the air on a working or damaged transformer.
Then again a 60's tube amplifier has a greater value than most CB radios, but then again it's the owners evaluation of his radio and where he wants to go with it and the sentimental value or whatever that one has for the equipment.
I was just putting out an alternative to finding and looking for hens teeth, or, like me, having a bunch of parts radios that take up space and probably won't get used and end up in the landfill ;)
