Funny you should mention "Drive Safe" Just the other night FEB 3rd a few miles down the road here in Nebraska from where i was at the time a Woman and her 3 children were slaughtered on the Highway by what?
A pregnant mother and her three sons were killed in a three-vehicle wreck that occurred in thick fog Saturday near Fremont, according to authorities.
A family member identified the four who died as Maria Cristina Menjivar, 32, and sons, Julian, 10, Adrian, 8, and Angel, 7. Menjivar was also about eight months pregnant with her first daughter, according to a Gofundme page set up to help the family, which is from Schuyler.
Autopsies have been ordered, Dodge County Attorney Oliver Glass said.?
The crash occurred at the entrance to Westlake Mobile Home about a half-mile west of Fremont on U.S. Highway 30.
Investigators determined that a 2002 Ford Mustang driven by Jack Ford, 16, of Fremont, was stopped on Highway 30 in the eastbound traffic lane waiting to turn left into the Westlake Mobile Home Park at 5:41 p.m. A 2002 Dodge Ram pickup truck driven by German R. Lopez Saenz, 33, crashed into the Mustang from behind.
The impact sent the pickup into the westbound traffic lane, where it collided with a 2001 Ford Taurus driven by Menjivar. She and her three sons were pronounced dead at the scene.
Just for the record, all I will reveal about my life many many years ago is that I worked in an atmosphere of suspicion and it was my job to analyze situations lets call it profiling.
I will give you some of the very narrow facts and see if any of you can come to the conclusion that is obvious based on the facts.
A search of the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicle records did not locate a driver’s license for Lopez Saenz. OK, WHY?
Dodge County court records show that Lopez Saenz has been cited three times for driving without an operator’s license. He was fined $75 during each court appearance, the last time on Dec. 4, 2014. So for the last 5 years, he was able to drive without a license.
First, ask yourself how many times the local judge would only fine you for not having a license? And how much time would a citizen spend in jail for that I KNOW THE ANSWER IN CASE NONE OF YOU DO!
And then ask yourself after reading the news reports on this accident what isn't being reported and then why is it not being reported this is happening at an alarming rate all across the United States.
Then ask yourself how many times do they call for an autopsy on those that were killed in a car accident especially when they were not at fault. and especially when they were children all under age 11??? I know the answer to that one as well if you don't.
Let's see how many of you come to the right conclusions it doesn't take rocket science and the conclusion has nothing to do with Racism or bigotry it has to do with law and order.

No Drivers license usually means a history of DUI. The autopsies are to determine cause of death which can lead to murder charges.
Well, all in the vehicle were killed instantly which speaks to the nature of an impact that most likely was close to 120 mile an hour impact. So autopsy, in this case, would not be needed as under all the cases I have ever been involved with it is instant vehicular homicide x 5 in Nebraska as she was pregnant with her 4th.
At this time is no record of a history of DUI being reported (That could change) although in the current political climate and in light of the thousands of DUI cases where illegals were involved and the hundreds of lives lost because of it the word is out to keep these accidents out of the nations public eye so suppressing the truth is rampant throughout law and the media the coming days will reveal more.
Now the DUI laws in Nebraska is an automatic minimum 7days to 30 days in jail and a $500 fine none of which is being reported. So either the law is not reporting it or it never was made part of the record which is something that is being done when illegals are involved and yes I know it's being done.
He was caught 3 times driving without a license the last was 5 years ago so he has been driving without a license for at least 6 years which more likely means he never had one since the day he arrived in the states.
The truth here is if the Judge that sat before this man let me go 3 times in a row with no other punishment than a $75 fine then the Judge is guilty as well and should step down from his position.
Is Nebraska a sanctuary state? Since his identity has not been confirmed and vetted in order to get a driver's license there could be many crimes that could possibly tied back to him. I have been loosely affiliated with law enforcement for a very long time
I find it very hard to understand why this SOB was still in the United States after being busted for no driver's license the first time. The Judge should be charged as an accessory to murder. This has gotten my blood boiling.
The good people of Nebraska need to rise up and put an end to that sort of stupidity.
If you aren't going to give an illegal a driver's license, you should at least deport them. Sounds like the mom was a real winner too though.

In other words, they are 2 f***king stupid to know when someone is here illegally that they should be held for that reason alone and not require a warrant to do it. Try driving off without paying for something as a citizen and see what happens to you Hall country if you run a red light and cause an accident in Hall County as a citizen and see what happens as an illegal alien. The short answer to your question is yes.

Maybe I am just a bad father, but I have whooped my kids for taking their seatbelt off. I would also have serious words with my wife if she disregarded the safety of my unborn child by not wearing a seatbelt.
You sound okay as a dad to me.
I have had three kids in a car and have them all properly strapped in and before you get in and back out of the drive way at least one has slipped out of the restraints.
An 8 month pregnant woman may not fit under a belt especially if the seat is all the way forward.
My mother-in-law got in my car and refused to buckle up. She said "Since I'm is 86 years old It is my choice whether or not I'm going to use the seat belt." I tried every nice way I could think of to get her to comply to no avail. I'm now persona non-Grata until the second coming. I just told her if you do not put the seat belt on you can always walk.
