Lots of SWBC pirates use that frequency for their programs. Many of them send an E-O-T QSL via slow-scan.

I really like MMSSTV. Have a couple others installed on the (now-crashed :headbang ) rig-control PC (which I have to rebuild this week).

there is a group of us on 3.857 (easypal) about 7 pm cst in the TN, ALA,MS, ect, area

no that almost sounds like a transmission from a numbers station and looking at the frequency it very well may be.
