I was told two weeks to maybe 20 days. We're about 6 weeks and counting and NO ONE will respond to my update status requests.

Volume malfunctioning, rf receive issues, and a wonky squelch. Mainly software issues, according to Shawn, but unable to be fixed according to repair center.
What was your original issue with the radio?
Tracking says the delivery date is Thursday June 30th. We'll see how it works this weekend. I wonder if they put different finals in it......They never updated my repair order on there website. Go figure still says awaiting inspection
