Has anyone tried this radio? I ordered two and they are scheduled to arrive on 15 March.
That's good news. Thanks! I will not be using an amp because I think the stock radio will work fine with the steel whip antenna.I second @midnight special
I bought one a couple of years ago and just recently put it in place of the 6666 in the daily driver. For the cost, you get quite a punch and features in a tiny little radio. It's the bigView attachment 57932 anytone mini me
It works as good as or better than some of the huge big chassis radios available.
You can also get the anytone hera which is what the stryker is the clone of. Much lower price but.... there's no warrantyThat's good news. Thanks! I will not be using an amp because I think the stock radio will work fine with the steel whip antenna.

Man, I'd have to pull it and put a meter behind it to tell you for sure because I don't recall. No adjustments were done other than the snip to get 11 meters so it's whatever it was set from factory. What is the lowest RF power output?
From what I've read, it has three power settings.Man, I'd have to pull it and put a meter behind it to tell you for sure because I don't recall. No adjustments were done other than the snip to get 11 meters so it's whatever it was set from factory.
