I brought the first new Ranger RCI 2970N2 from R & R COMMUNICATIONS, INC. in Del. and had problems with it from the get go. Then when I took it back they gave me a hard time about fixing or replacing it. That was the last time I ever got anything off them. I would never buy or take any of my radio's to them again, they do poor work and don't check things like they should! I ended up getting my money back after almost fighting with the owner and buying one from somewhere else and doing all the mods to it myself

Wow! Over 500 watts DC input power with only 150 watts PEP output. Something is really wrong for that to be running so inefficient. I'm amazed the finals didn't pop open at that current draw. I would seriously question any "technician" who let that thing go off the bench in this condition. Does he not have an amp meter on his bench power supply?
WTF does a felony have anything to do with shoddy hacked radios? I know of many Non-felons that are far worse than RadioActive Radio.
At least RAR has a good advertising department. A Super Wacked Packed radio does sound cool!:wub:
