Too much to talk about here and I have little time but wanted to post this so Todd could get a look-see I still have a few things to touch upon this restore but for the most part, it is FINISHED!!!
There was not much about these that were correct although they were complete they had many handyman mods which are all gone now pretty much restored to their original form but for some minor changes.

This is the set after near completion they are pretty much as good looking as they were new maybe even a bit nicer than new but that is me reaching around behind my back pulling my should out of joint to make me feel better. I made the faceplates for both the radio and the amp and put Cabover's handle on both so they are personalized for all eternity! only kidding they can be easily removed but It was interesting making faceplates for these I honestly never did this but once before but I know have a little better printer they are laminated so they are pretty resilient.

Nice work there Old Man!

A new Faceplate on both purdy'd them both right up!

A little TLC put into it and now onto a better, more respectful owner - both they and the owner should last a long time together.

Nice Job OT3!

So these two pieces will be set up mobile along with other items and radios to switch out on occasion, and I have a West Mountain Radio Rig Runner that I am considering installing in the cab of my Ram 2500. Curious if there's any reason not to do this ? It gives me a total availability of 40 amps, and neither this amp or any of my radios should draw more than 10 amps each, so I think that as long as my main feed is fuzed at the battery and I run the correct (or larger) gauge wire I should be fine ?

Appreciate all the help here, one day soon I will have it dialed in and keyed up.

I use a rig runner on my bench many of the radios l work on have those connectors on them already besides I made many different adapters for different situations works out good for me. Should be good to use in the Truck. The 121 and the Hooker together will not exceed 15 amps so you are fine there.
