I own a pretty sweet Jazzy, you need one when you reach 84. I drag mine, got NOS on it too.

Be sure you mount the Drag Chute to the jazzy and not to your safety harness. It will jerk your tail right off of the scooter. You stop real fast and your scooter keeps going into the pea gravel emergency pit.
Don't ask how I know.
