Never considered any band I played in a hair band. I was just blessed with a lot of hair and at 53, I'm fortunate to still have it!

We were more of a progressive metal band with long songs and many instrumental parts and solos. We never wore makeup or wear womens clothes!

I was into bands like Sabbath, Maiden, Priest for the metal stuff, and Rush, Yes, and King Crimson and Kansas for the more prog rock. I love a lot of the modern Jazz and also Classical.

I'm also a Classically trained pianist
but gave it up when I heard Kiss and realized I want to rock!

I never time left for the Hair bands like Poison and others.

Well I didn’t mean hair band like that was what you were in, I just meant the hair. I liked Poison, CC is actually pretty talented and I believe he’s classically trained too? Well, I liked some of their songs, not exactly “them”.

I bet you Tallman still performs in a Brett Michaels wig with spandex on the weekends. He’ll say he doesn’t but I know he does.

Well, that made my day. I actually remembered something.
Come to think of it, my fingertip-eater might have been a Silvertone. Besides the sheer pain, another reason I got rid of it was I got tired of people asking, "Is it supposed to buzz like that? Maybe you should press down on the stings a little harder."

My reply? "That's not the problem. The problem is the strings are slippery from all the blood."
