the i10k was perfect after the winds, that pic was taken as the wind died down so still a strong breeze

i am hoping to get a video of hp's sirio 827 swaying, its a lot worse than in the pic
heres a short clip of my buddys THUNDERPOLE fiberglass 1/2wave and his 2mtr antenna on a scaffold pole
yes bionic ....if you look at mine ((froggers new imax2000 bending the steel pole)) the pole as bent ....but imax is ok...i agree..for the money there spot on.... if it last a few years ill be well happy...
I've had my share of problems with push up poles over the years but I think it was mostly my own fault , sure there not towers I agree but I was always shooting for the stars with those so I would be pulling out all sections as far as they would go which later on would turn out to be disastrous for me sooner or later. Now adays I will leave about a foot in each section for better stability (it helps) along with some good guy wiring would surely be a plus. You would think after 3 50ft'ers and 2 5/8s waves in a course of 7 years I would have learned something ? Mother nature can surely be unpredictable. )-: but I guess IM the only one to learn this the hard way ?
Well of course you are. Tha rest of us were born with the instinctive feeling that setting up three 50 foot towers then mounting 2 5/8 wave radiators on the menagerie would be a problem. What were you thinking?
