This is what I've been thinking about.

I have an old V Quad antenna which I actually liked when I had it in the air. But I was thinking about buying a new one, because I ran across some specs for a 4 element delta loop. With two V Quads I would have the option to semi home brew a 3 or 4 element delta loop if I wanted to. Just something I've been thinking about, figured I'd see what the forum thought about this idea.

Never liked the V-Quad (Delta-Loop) design....
Tough construction...Delta Loop great antenna...
However, Diamond Shape Quad or Square Quad much stronger, Higher Gain... easier built design IMHO
My first beam I ever owned was a home brew PDL 2 HomerBB gave to me . It was pretty impressive I thought. That's another option I could take.
