Old news! Both models production was ended early LAST year. No replacement has been announced. Sales, since then have only been from existing inventory.
Dx engineering and hro just recently ran out of stock, because i just looked about a month ago. BTW, what does bj stand for in your username?Old news! Both models production was ended early LAST year.
I would suggest the TS-480SAT is still in production, because I've just bought a new one with a serial number of C1510032.
This serial number suggests it was made in May 2021.
Where did you buy it? Are you in Europe? I don't see it listed anywhere for sale on any US site.
I'd love to buy a new TS-480!
