tuner slugs

anybody know where i can buy an assortment of hex centered
tuning cores--or slugs

in the good old days i could get them at olsens or allied,even
rat shack.

maybe i am calling them by the wrong name????????
i found a couple of cracked ones in my trc 56

Best source I've found is cannibalizing old radios, I regularly watch Feebay for old ones selling cheap enough to make it worthwhile.

Doesn't take long to build a small inventory of hard to find parts.
