Unknown Device Identification

How come you didn't ask what it was before you bought it?

Seller had a table of seemingly random items, he didn't know what it was either but for two dollars @ least I've gotten some so-239's and a little relay out of the deal if I decide to scrap the pcb.

I am contemplating drawing out the schematic, If anyone is interested in this please let me know.

Did you copy down the transistor numbers?

Both are (Motorola) NPN 2N4401.
