Vinyl sticker help

just bought a sticker and i cant get it to stick to the Clear part of film....its being stubborn! anyone have any tips to get it going?

So i just soak the whole thing in soapy water?

This is a window sticker. it wont come off the white part...

I thought you were having trouble getting it to stick, you're saying the sticker backing won't release?

If this is the case try folding at the corner very close to the edge and that sometimes works.

Tried that. I have two of the same both are the same way. And there is letters too that have to go with it. This really sucks lol

might try a razor cut from the back not going completely through

I latest it on a flat table used a putty knife and scraped the top.
