Apparently you are unable to distinguish my voice from Marks. That's a shame. The name is on the Youtube channel.
In regards to his shop being busy, you would have to ask him. I don't keep up to date on his daily itinerary.
That's CB radio. The local radio group has called the local agitator by 3 different names every time that found out "who he really is." One time they saw someone on the news that they thought sounded like him...no BS. They managed to reveal his secret identity 3 times without even leaving the house.
One guy actually tracked him down, gave our his address and found his callsign that matched the address. When this happened the agitator went quiet for months and has changed his call sign a few times since then. They still think he's some other guy across town.
They also must be tone deaf or have crummy receivers. The guy has distinctive sound and is always trying to disguise his voice or adds some reverb and asks for a radio check. It sounds like a stupid idea but one on them always falls for it and acknowledges him.
I live 20 minutes away from Walcott CB. If Orlando tunes your radio, it will be decent. I had a DX 939 tuned by Dan, found that the coils in the back of the radio were slinky'd and the AMC was jacked wide open. Might as well just cut the damn limiter at that point. Sometimes the coils do need to be tuned to be just right, but a "slinky spread" is not that.
They carry a wide selection and on the sales side have always been good to me, I've bought a lot there, up to my most recent purchase, a DX 86V which I just took away factory stock. Listed 319.99 on the shelf, I mentioned the website had it on sale for 249.99 and they honored the price, no bull, no questions asked.

Also I've talked to rabbi on the phone, can confirm, he is not Mark. He just hasn't found any other tech that gives him a better performing radio, hence the shameless plugging, I can respect that.
