Walcott is expensive but I do like that when I've called there in the past they answered the phone and were happy to answer questions. Great customer service.

A few years ago I got a RCI 2950DX from them it had a issue but I called their customer service and that evening it was on its way back to them problem was a cold solder joiny on the CPU board they replaced it and in about 6 days it was back to me. They do have very good service.
Just placed an order for several items. Miscellaneous, such as radio bag, an AM-FM antenna, etc.
