I don't know what the laws are where you are but, here in virginia I can buy a gun from anyone or out of the paper and not have to register it. If I buy brand new, I have to go through the proper channels. Funny huh!
 
It's pretty much the same way here to, as far as I know. But who knows when as lonewolf says, come and kick down my door now that I've got thier attention. As I said if they concider me a criminal, it would be by thier actions....not mine. I'm just not willing to wait 20+ minutes for an officer of the law to respond to someone breaking into my home.
