Thank you 222, I'll be using my Gain Master.

I took my New Top One down, and I'm waiting for new coax in case this 15-20 year old piece of Cable Experts 95% RG8/u. I checked its RF through-put before I put it on the antenna, and it still showed a good 90% of the input watts getting to the other end.
