These older hams make me LOL. They are always belittling new hams and telling them "well im a 13 wpm or a 20 WPM this and that!" like its a badge. I saw WHOOOOO FU**ING CARES!!!???!!!??!!

My advice if your a new ham or ham in general no matter the years its been dont mention your a ham unless asked. Infact when I get asked about my two simple antennas and radios in the mobile my reply is simple and straight its top secret NASA. ah do I love the facial expressions I get. !!!!!!

Most of the hams i have met on here are really cool (yes me included! LOLOL) but most of, but not all of the ones, on QRZ and Eham all seem like dicks to me... I have had a few older hams treat me like total crap (some of them in my area) but i simply tell them where to go and what to do when they get there. Then they tend to leave me alone............

Around here, we try not to beef on the CB operator vs Ham operator guy, usually just does not end well.
You can find a lot of members here that just play radio because it is fun without putting a label on it....it is just radio.
You get guy`s like our Ten-Ten Friend on the bands, and guys like prosaic kid on 38 LSB .
After you play radio for a while you come to realize there are bad operators on both sides of the fence, goes both ways.
You can find good operators on both radio services if you look for them.
