That Hy-Gain Penetrator 500 is real good antenna. That is certainily a oldie but a goodie.



I get a lot of complements on 36 inch wire for the AM & FM Radio in the Garage.



I have the all parts and pieces to make a 2 element protoptye Quad beam Antenna, with a Toroid type matching transformer, should be pretty broad banded. Just don't have the time right now.



Jay in the Mojave Desert, where dirt bikes are a gas, shooting is a great time, and shooting skip is always a blast.

Hey All,,Thought I'd try a new topic here...Just allitte info on some on the Antenna's CDX members and Forum members are running right now....Mobile or Base....

For starters, On my base, I'm running a I-max 2000 with GPK-1 skip kit up about 55' to tip, and a small 2 element SE SuperHawk Quad up about 30' to the boom.....Mobile, I'm running a Wilson Magmount..............73's all........<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/roll.gif ALT=":rollin">
