Nope it's bog standard as is the 2sc2166 driver, the 2sc1969 final may have replaced a 2sc2312 depending on how old it is, as uniden generally used 2sc2312's in ssb radios until they started running scarce.
the 2sc2166 and more commonly nowadays the 2sc2078 are whats used as a final in most if not all 4w am/fm cb's,nec's 2sc1306 was another similar transistor used in the early days and can be found as drivers in ssb sets with an accompanying 2sc1307 as the final or as the final itself in am/fm sets.
2sc1969 and 2sc2312 were found in most of the ssb radios either singly or in matched pairs for higher power (export models) made until recently when mosfets started replacing them due to mitsubishi discontinuing their 27 mhz rf power transistors,
in the uniden president range, lincoln,2600,2510,2830 jackson and a couple of other prestige exports the 2sc2312/2sc1969 dual finals were factory replaced with motorola mrf 477 or later the mrf 455 which gave higher gain and was more rugged than the japanese transistors at a price.

I will not be there but hopefully by the end of this month I will have my New tower and antennas back in the air including my M2 6M5X. The old tower and all of my antennas came down in October 2023 during a Hurricane.
