I can see this is getting a lil out of hand a lil too quick. So to keep it simple lets do this. You must have been active in the last 6 months(20 posts or more) and anyone with less than a 50% I trader rating is out!

The winner may choose a person to donate too or simply refuse the prize, at that point the drawing will be redone.
