I am the third owner of this pristine "Plain-Jane / No-Frills" GE 3-5871B AC / DC CB Radio. Exceptionally clean / unmolested / non-modified. This is not an Ebay purchased radio. Everything works great and has a factory-set four-watt dead-key. Original Styrofoam packed box, accessories and owner's manual. The 12 V Power Cord is missing and maybe it was an option. I do not have the technical equipment to post photos.
